Here is another fabulous Disney Boardwalk Engagement shoot! Kristin and James brought her dog Cinnamon to the shoot. Kristin and Cinnamon have been a team for seven years, and are ready to make it a team of three. We started off the shoot with an adorable picture of Cinnamon next to a chalkboard sign that said “My Best Friends Are Getting Married!”
We had a great time taking pictures along the boardwalk and even headed to the little beach area. Because it was such a hot Florida day, James brought frozen wash clothes to cool everyone off. One of my favorite pictures from their shoot is of James and Cinnamon, when James was cooling Cinnamon down with a cold washcloth.
How did he pop the question?
In late May, we took a vacation to San Francisco to visit James’ family and friends. There were three days built in for an adventure up to Napa and Sonoma where it was just the two of us. James planned a private tour and wine tasting at the Lasseter Winery in Glen Ellen, CA. The small little boutique winery became the most beautiful setting for our engagement. After trying some incredible wines, we were able to walk out onto the Lasseter family’s estate to see their private lake, Lake Serendipity. (How’s that for a name??) On the little beach is where James proposed and I happily said “yes”!
I am so freaking excited for their big day, but until then we can enjoy their engagement session!
