Happy Tuesday All!

Well, going through images deciding what to post this week is not making this diet very easy. ha ha! Quick status update. Day 1 was super easy and my body is feeling amazing already. I have so much energy right now my fingers are not moving fast enough to type this post. 😉 Let’s see how Day 2 goes. Don’t forget to check back Saturday for the weekly update.

So this weeks cake is something for the boys. I love checking out the grooms cake to see what fun crazy things they come up with. FYI in case you didn’t know my favorite movie is Steel Magnolias and my favorite part in the movie is when Ouiser cut a piece of the armadillo’s butt and gives it to Drum. Here is the quote from the movie. Makes me giggle all the time.

Drum: Ouiser, can we call a truce long enough for me to get a piece of cake?

[Ouiser slices him the tail piece of an armadillo cake]

Drum: Aww, thanks Ouiser. Nothin’ like a good piece of ass.

So for the car lovers out there this one is for you. This cake comes from the wedding of Heather & Matt who got married last fall at the lovely Danville B&B. Matt is a huge car man. Ford man to be exact. Heather surprised Matt with his very own custom made Whipple supercharger from an ’03 Mustang Cobra (I have no idea what this is but it looks pretty cool) by the amazingly talented ladies at Cut The Cake. If you have seen some of my facebook post you would know that I am totally obsessed with their cupcakes. Mmmmm is all I have to say. I love the little detail on the cake from the Whipple to the wires. It was all around one of the coolest grooms cakes I have ever seen.
