Happy birthday to my sweet baby boy! | Orlando Photographer

This post is a little delayed. Life got just a little crazy so I missed the opportunity to put something together last week.

We recently celebrated my lil’ guy’s 1st Birthday. Thank you to all the family and friends who came out and celebrated his birthday. I cannot believe a year has gone by already. It seems like just yesterday I was holding him for the first time. Time sure does fly when you are having fun. Happy Birthday Raylan. We love you so much and are so blessed you are here. Even though your big bro says he wants me to take you back to the hospital or he doesn’t like you and wants you to go live with Kacey. Deep down inside he loves you. Heck, he even said he liked you for your birthday party because he gets more cool new toys to play with. 🙂

Raylan’s party was a Pocoyo Theme. Raylan and his big brother Maverick watch Pocoyo everyday together. If you have not seen it, check out Nick Jr. and see what time it comes on in your area. It is such a cute little show.

Here are some photos from Raylan’s big day!

This fabulous cake was made by my dear friend, Jessica. She is amazingly talented. This cake looked amazing and tasted out of this world. You can see more of Jess’ cakes at http://jessicakes1.shutterfly.com This cake was a white cake and on the inside between the layers there was crush Oreos and icing. The icing was buttercream on the outside. She made it look like a fondant icing but it was all buttercream. AMAZING!!! It seriously melted in your mouth. All the little characters were handmade by Jess. I couldn’t have asked for a better 1st Birthday Cake for my little boy. Thank you Jess you are truly talented at what you do.

Here is the birthday boy and his cake!

He was a little unsure about the cake at first.

I love this next photo because this is when he realized it was chocolate cake which is his favorite. My child has a major sweet tooth already.

This next photo is kind of funny because he was going to town on his cake so we left him at the table to chow down and went into the living room right next to our dining room and after he was full he looked up and realized he was not the life of the party anymore and got really upset. I guess the saying is true “It’s my party and I’ll cry if I want to.”

Me and my boy. He is such a Momma’s Boy and I love it.

Present time!

Raylan just like sitting or standing on all the boxes. He was funny.

Happy Birthday Baby Boy. We love you.
