Lake Nona Outdoor Engagement

I cannot believe it is July! I do not know about you, but this year is certainly flying by! As a matter of fact, I am so excited to share this Lake Nona Outdoor Engagement session to start off this last half of the year. When I met Jodie and James they were totally in love. I know that is obvious since they are getting married, but these two were totally into each other.

I was not familiar with the area to be honest, but I am always up for being in new places. Jodie and James picked the Lake Nona area. It was actually a beautiful lake in North Shore to be precise. It was right next to her parent’s house. Oh to be near an amazing lake and phenomenal views!

We were thinking about picking Reunion Resort, but decided to change the location. You see, they are getting married at Reunion Resort coming up this year in November. They wanted to go for a different look for their engagement photos, since they know they will have so many beautiful photos on their wedding day. I am eagerly waiting for their wedding because Reunion Resort is gorgeous!

The location for the engagement session was beyond my expectations. The trees were so lush and green. There was not a bad spot to take photos. There was a nice boat dock on the lake and we took advantage of its rustic character for some nice shots. Thankfully the weather was also on our side that day. Blue skies and sunshine made for the perfect backdrop.

The added bonus was their super adorable son who joined in on the photoshoot. Seriously, he was too cute and I was able to get so many amazing photos of the family. Seeing these photos just makes me smile and I hope you all enjoy this Lake Nona outdoor engagement session.
