It’s here!! This wedding is one that is so near and dear to my heart! My former assistant and her wonderful husband married earlier this year at Luxmore Grande Estate. Kimberly is such a special person in my life, so I was honored to be a part of such a beautiful celebration. Get ready for a lot of amazing moments we captured in this Luxmore Grande Estate Wedding.
So as I mentioned, Kimberly used to work for me as my marketing assistant a few years ago. We hit it off immediately and throughout the years we have always kept in touch. She is truly one of the sweetest people I know and let me tell you, her bubbly personality is infectious! During the time I have known her, I have also gotten to know Nick through her many stories about him. These two have been together forever and I know he made her the happiest woman in the world the day he proposed. I actually met him at their beautiful engagement shoot, which you can check out in Sweet Fort De Soto Engagement.
Luxmore Grande has never seen a more romantic wedding
You will be blown away by all of the gorgeous details from their wedding. Everything was planned to perfection by the bride herself. Nothing was left out and it all came together seamlessly. Their wedding was a true Southern inspiration brought to life!
Kimberly was a vision in her beautiful gown designed by Justin Alexander. I love how her romantic curls highlighted the sweetheart neckline along with the intricate details on her dress. Nick was also looking very handsome in his attire and you have to check out his unique boutonnière.
After getting ready, Kimberly did a sweet first look with her dad right before heading out the front doors to see her groom. Their portraits will go down as some of my favorites and I know you will fall in love with them too! We took a bunch of photos and thankfully, Luxmore Grande never runs out of places to take amazing shots.
They had their romantic ceremony on the lawn under the shade of the many trees on the picturesque property. The décor was simple yet elegant, which totally fit in with their romantic southern vision. They looked so in love as they met at the altar and recited their everlasting love to one another, surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Burying the bourbon
If you read their engagement blog, you would know these two love Blanton’s bourbon. For their wedding they wanted to do the tradition of burying the bourbon, so they buried a bottle in a pot and dug it out after the ceremony. They of course shared their first glass as husband and wife before joining cocktail hour.
Fun story about the bourbon is that each stopper comes with an initial to spell out BLANTONS so Nick wanted to find the “L” for their wedding day. After searching everywhere with no luck, they were surprised by Nick’s father who gave them the bottle with the much sought-after “L” initial as a wedding gift.
May this celebration never end
Luxmore Grande is such a gorgeous location, but they absolutely blew us away with the reception! Everywhere you looked there was another detail to fall in love with. It was the perfect space to celebrate such a beautiful couple.
It is hard to stop talking about this wedding, because it was one of those days that I did not want to see come to an end. We have their gorgeous photos to look back on, but being there and celebrating such a special couple was beyond anything else. I am so proud to have been there to see my special Kimberly marry the love of her life! I am looking forward to seeing how this amazing couple lives out their happily ever after!
