Happy Tuesday!

I am really excited to share the Tasteful Tuesday pick for this week. The pick for this week comes from a wedding I had the pleasure of photographing last year. Natali & John are huge gator fans, and also share a love for their two 4-legged children. They wanted to find a way to incorporate both into their wedding as well as keep their wedding colors. Natali loves elegance & simplicity. I think her wedding cake design was a perfect fit for her style. Their beautifully white cake was trimmed with a gorgeous purple ribbon, elegant icing swirls, and a diamond shape print embedded with gems. It was just stunning. What stole the show for me was their fun, and so very them, cake topper. They had a custom made gator bride and groom with each of them holding a chihuahua and John holding a fishing pole. What a perfect finishing touch to their customized cake! Hope you enjoy this week’s inspiration. Oh yeah, the cake tasted amazing too. 🙂
