We are bringing you Katrina and Nate’s happily ever after at Ever After Farms this week. I immediately connected with them because of our ties to first responders. We love our first responders, so it was a huge honor when they came to me to capture their special day. We could not resist featuring their Romantic Ever After Farms Wedding this week!

A little bit country and a lot of romantic details

We love how we were able to use the beautiful barn as a backdrop for our dress shots. Nate’s was a handsome groom in his blue suit and red tie, topped off with lovely gold cufflinks. Katrina was absolutely stunning in her gorgeous wedding dress. From the embellishments to the gorgeous flowing layers, she was a vision. We love that she completed her bridal look with amazing wedding boots. You have to check them out!

A detail that we love is something that was a very special touch to the day. Katrina’s bouquet was wrapped in a piece of her mother wedding dress. The dress was handmade by Katrina’s great grandmother. To celebrate the lives of those who had passed away, Katrina had their items pinned to the material encircling her bouquet. It was a meaningful gesture and something that really stuck with us.

A red, white and blue celebration

Before we got the ceremony started, Katrina and Nate did a first look. Katrina looked stunning and Nate was so happy to see her. After taking a bunch of beautiful portraits we all headed over to begin their ceremony. Before that started Katrina did another first look, but this time with her dad. He shed some happy tears and it was such special moment to witness.

Katrina and Nate did a masterful job of incorporating touches of those patriotic colors into their wedding decor. Their gorgeous floral arrangements and ceremony details were simply gorgeous. Guests were surrounded by so many of their lovely details.

Katrina had the most serene look of love as she made her way down the aisle with her dad. Everyone was captivated by their romantic ceremony. They did a unity candle ceremony and afterwards they were finally husband and wife.

That spark of love

We love how Ever After Farms has so many lovely places on their property. The reception barn is amazing inside and out. Their beautiful florals decorated their reception along with accents of gold decor.

After making their grand entrance, Katrina and Nate danced for the first time as husband and wife. Afterwards they each took turns dancing with their parents and Katrina even included a dance with her little brother. Their guests had a blast dancing to the tunes of their live band and we loved seeing Katrina in her amazing reception dress. It was a great party that no one wanted to see end.

When the celebration came to a close, Katrina and Nate made their way through a tunnel of sparklers. We are still swooning over this romantic Ever After Farms wedding and it has been wonderful to get to know this amazing couple.
