Intimate Lakeside Wedding Clermont Florida Katreena Rod

We hope you all are having a lovely fall! We have been crazy busy here cranking out so many amazing photos, but we could not miss the opportunity to bring you this Intimate Lakeside Wedding. It was a beautiful day when Katreena and Rod married on Lake Minneola in Clermont, FL. Their families were so much fun and everyone was definitely ready to celebrate the lovely couple.

Katreena contacted me because she was friends with one of my past couples and loved their wedding photos. They wanted to get married in Clermont because that is where they grew up. We even made sure to capture their portraits in some historical places around town, like the Cooper Memorial Library. I was also excited to hear they choose that area for their wedding because that is where my husband is from.

Getting ready for a lakeside wedding

We had a blast with Katreena and her daughters while they were getting ready. Katreena had such a dreamy dress. The dramatic skirt of her Vera Wang dress was breathtaking and it looked gorgeous as she moved around. We also captured some adorable shots of the girls helping her put her wedding shoes on.

I adored their daughters. They were so much fun and you could not help but smile whenever they were around. They were adorable in their matching dresses and I think their youngest daughter took the cake for most adorable flower girl. Their excitement was infectious and we loved capturing all of those moments.

Time to say “I do”

As I said earlier, it was a beautiful day when Katreena and Rod got married. Their ceremony next to the water was so romantic and we captured some great photos at the dock at sunset. From the ceremony the guests moved to their outdoor reception at Lilly’s on the Lake. Katreena and Rod had a lovely first dance and you could tell they were so happy to be together with their loved ones looking on. I loved when Rod and his daughters showed off their dance skills with choreographed dances. They are so talented!

I am so excited to share this intimate lakeside wedding with you all. We loved being with this lovely couple and their family and we hope you guys enjoy looking through all the special moments from their lovely wedding.
