As promised, we are back with Mackenzie and Justin’s Orlando Museum of Art Wedding! We could not wait to bring you this one. Not only was it a beautiful day, but the venue was a dream! Before we go further, make sure to check out their amazing engagement blog post we did last week if you have not had the chance, here: At Home Engagement Session.
Mackenzie and Justin are so adorable, which made us even more excited about their wedding day. We adore their story and we love that it was their mutual love of art that brought them even closer together. We cannot think of a better place for two art lovers to tie the knot than one of the most remarkable museums in Orlando.
Getting ready for the big event
They wanted a classic and elegant wedding tied in with a white and black wedding color scheme. We are still in love with all of their beautiful wedding details! Mackenzie’s blue Jimmy Choo shoes were so lovely and made me want to grab a pair of my own. The modern invitations were so elegant and the perfect match for their wedding. Be sure to check out all of their amazing details!
Now the dress was another favorite of mine. The details were unbelievable and the sleek look was perfect for Mackenzie. Also, the illusion back with the buttons going down the center was such a unique touch to the dress. She was a vision! I am sure that is what everyone thought when they saw her, especially her dad at the first look. Those first look photos she did with her dad are the sweetest along with the beautiful handkerchief she gave him for a wedding gift.
Love is art
Mackenzie and Justin married in a beautiful room with a stunning art sculpture in the middle of it all. The bride was simply gorgeous walking down the aisle on her dad’s arm. It was such a sweet ceremony and everyone was so happy to see Mackenzie and Justin joined in marriage.
We loved all of the options we had for portraits. We took photos with some of their favorite art pieces and explored the grounds as well. If you remember from their engagement blog, Justin wanted to propose at the museum, but had to change locations to a beautiful gazebo instead. Naturally, we just had to get some wedding photos in the place where their wedding journey began.
Dancing the night away at a memorable celebration
After their portraits we moved to the reception to get the party started. You will be so blown away by the reception room. It is one of my favorites and the massive windows give a panoramic view of the lovely museum grounds. Our couple and their guests partied the night away and you could tell everyone was having an amazing time! Even our favorite fur-duo, Trooper and Maggie May, made an appearance at the reception in the most adorable way.
We are so honored to capture Mackenzie and Justin’s amazing Orlando Museum of Art wedding and are even more excited to share some of our favorite moments with you all! At the end of the page, check out their incredible wedding video from our amazingly talented videography team, Love and Lustre Weddings.
