Beautiful Blended Family Wedding Reunion Resort

This week we are bringing you a sweet wedding at Reunion Resort. Our story of Amy and Ken’s Beautiful Blended Family Wedding was a blast. Not only did we have a lot of fun, but we also met so many of their wonderful family members, especially their sons. Amy and Ken both have two sons, so now they are a family of six! There was so much love at this wedding, which is why I am so excited to show you everything about it!

From childhood friends to husband and wife

Amy and Ken’s grandparents were friends, so they were introduced early on. Growing up, Amy always had a crush on Ken, but never said anything because she was too shy. Ken probably thought she was not interested, so naturally he did not think anything of it. They reconnected years later and soon enough Ken was proposing to Amy in front of the St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans. Now they are husband and wife and so in love!

A family wedding

Florida is such a great place to have a wedding and we especially love ones at Reunion Resort. Amy and Ken had their ceremony in an outdoor courtyard. It was decorated with soft white flowers and I loved the surrounding trees. You will see in the photos how they framed the space perfectly.

After the most adorable first look, Amy’s sons escorted their lovely mom down the aisle. I cannot get over her wedding dress! The details are amazing and it was such a great find! For the ceremony, Ken was escorted by his groomsmen who were his sons. During the ceremony, Amy and Ken’s sons stood by them as they became husband and wife. It was amazing to see their boys hangout together. They are such an awesome bunch and just fun to be around!
