We are coming up on Valentine’s Day and we have an amazing wedding to share with you all. We featured Jodie and James a few months back at the Lake Nona Outdoor Engagement Session, so now we have the honor of bringing you their Elegant Wedding at Reunion Resort! You may remember their engagement session because they had their adorable son with them. He is such a cutie and we saw a lot more of him at their wedding.

Everything about their wedding day was gorgeous. We pulled up to a gorgeous house to start off the day. We had so much fun spending time with Jodie and her bridesmaids as they were basking in the excitement of what was to come. Although her flower girls were as cool as cucumbers as they played a game of chess while waiting for everyone else to get dressed. I loved the moments we caught between Jodie and her mom as they commemorated the day with special gifts.

Jodie was a vision in her beautiful wedding dress, but it was her hairpiece that caught my eye. I loved the intricate details and the sparkle it brought to her final look. Of course her son was looking very handsome in his suit as he watched his beautiful mom in her wedding dress.

We also captured some great shots of James while he was getting ready, too. His jacket was your classic black color, but the velvet material added a unique touch. One thing he included on his jacket was a special gift given to him from Jodie. He was very close to his brother who had passed away. She made a pin with his brother’s photo that he attached to the inside of his jacket over his heart. It was a way for his brother to be with them to celebrate their wedding day together.

Now that’s how you make an entrance

Their wedding ceremony took place at a gorgeous private residence. The sun was shining bright as Jodie and her dad pulled up in a gorgeous Rolls Royce. I would have loved to take that around the block or at least the cul-de-sac. It was so cute to see everyone coming down the aisle and I thought it was so sweet that Jodie walked halfway down with her grandfather and completed the journey with her father.

Of course at the end of the ceremony Jodie and James were whisked away in that stunning Rolls Royce. After their grand exit we spent time with their awesome wedding party, before moving on to do the newlywed’s portraits. Of course we had to include their son in their photos, which are some of my favorites! You must check them out!

An unforgettable night at an elegant wedding at Reunion Resort

We finished out the day at their wedding reception under a glamorous tent. I love wedding receptions at Reunion Resort and this one did not disappoint! It definitely satisfied my love for florals, because they were everywhere. Their floral chandelier was a showstopper!
